Art For A Cause..
For many years, Sterling Portraits has given back to the community through donations of Sterling's portrait services at fundraisers for area charities. We have enjoyed being able to do our part to enrich the lives of the diverse group of citizens who benefitted from these events. We plan to continue with our silent and live auction gifts but want to do even more.
Giving is good and the more you give the better you feel. Sterling Portraits is initiating a program to encourage philanthropy among the people we reach with our newsletter and our large network of friends, clients and acquaintances.
The Art for a Cause program has two components. The first is a reward to you for your charitable donations. If you give us a donation check of $500 or $1000, to be passed on to a bona fide, non-profit cause, we will match that amount with a Sterling Portraits gift card for an equal amount. If your donation is to the charity or cause that we are featuring in our newsletter that month, your reward will be gift cards for twice the amount of your donation. While some restrictions do apply, in general you may use your credit for any of our products, fees or services. (Maximum $2000 credit per session.)
The second component is the creation of a collection of stunning scenic and artistic travel and nature photographs from our personal files. These images will be offered for sale and 25% of the price being given to your chosen charity. Look for the “Art For A Cause” gallery on our website in the coming months.
