What To Do When You Are Not Happy

With Your School Portraits

 

We are very sorry that you are not pleased with your child's school portraits. We try hard to make every portrait as perfect as possible. It is disappointing that we did not succeed with your child. It must be very frustrating to pay in advance for photographs, wait some weeks for their delivery, and then not be happy with the results.

Your satisfaction is completely guaranteed. If you do not want the photographs, please return them and we will refund your payment and your cost to mail them back to us.

Mail the photographs to:

Include a brief letter with your name, address, phone number and email address. Also include your child's name, the school name, and if it's not too much trouble, a brief explanation of the reason for your dissatisfaction.

 

When you mail back, you do not need to go to any great expense. Certified, registered, express or insured services are not necessary unless they make you feel better. You also do not need to put the photographs into a heavy-duty protective envelope or box. It is okay to fold the photographs and put them in a regular paper envelope. Protective cardboard is not needed and you don't need to return the black mats or folders that were sent with them.
